The tagged image file format, or tiff, is a high quality image file format originally developed by Adobe. These files are often large and can prove difficult to deal with, hence the need for a useful application like CrackTiff. This tool comes packed with all the standard merge and compression features that any graphic designer worth his salt could possible need. Unfortunately, due to its specialized nature, CrackTiff is not very user friendly, especially for inexperienced users, but since only serious image editors will find any use for this program, this isnt really an issue. On the plus side, it is a small download, while still managing to support enough features to make it a worthwhile application to pursue. Anyone in need of a program for advanced tiff file management should definitely consider this one.

CrackTiff is a tif tiff converter & merger, enables you to convert tif, tiff files from one compression mode into another. For example, you can convert uncompressed tif/tiff files into PackBits commpressed, group 3 fax (MH/MR or T.4) commpressed, group 4 fax (MMR or T.6) commpressed or jpeg compressed tif/tiff files, or convert PackBits commpressed, group 3 fax (MH/MR or T.4) commpressed, group 4 fax (MMR or T.6) commpressed or jpeg compressed tif/tiff files into uncompressed tif/tiff files.
You can merge multiple tif/tiff files into one tif file by the same compression mode, with CrackTiff.
CrackTiff supports uncompressed, PackBits commpressed, group 3 fax (MH/MR or T.4) commpressed, group 4 fax (MMR or T.6) commpressed or jpeg compressed tif tiff files.
You can see the tiff info like compression mode, total pages of each tiff file.
