MeowCdMp3 is a good tool for home users looking to convert audio files on a CD to another format, such as MP3 or OGG. These files are a lot smaller and thus easier to manage and store, so the benefit of this application is significant. More advanced users would no doubt have appreciated some additional file format support and increased functionality, but for standard CD file converting, MeowCdMp3 does a good job. The drag-and-drop menu system works well and greatly simplifies the task of file conversion, and for the most part performance is in the acceptable range. While this is by no means the definitive file converting application one might have been hoping for, it suffers from no serious flaws and should not be overlooked.
