Visual Java SWING Components Library is not a program on its own, but rather a set of visual enhancements that can be used to spice up any Java application. Anyone familiar with Java won’t have any trouble using this tool, and the benefits certainly make it worthwhile. Enhancements are only aesthetic, and have no real functional value, but sometimes some interesting and different colour styles in dialog boxes and search fields can make a world of difference and give applications a professional feel. Regular Java programmers will definitely want to give Visual Java SWING Components Library a look, because while the tool is far from a fully functional programming utility, it can come in handy when adding eye-candy to applications.
