Cutetrix surprises and delights. And upsets. Cutetrix looks fantastic and sounds wonderfully wacky. Drop the block-shaped animals into the playing grid and match them to make them disappear. Plenty of game play variants (such as puzzle mode and timed attack) to fool around with and loads of high scores to beat.
The main issue is that none of it is fun to play. You score so very low all the time, so there is no sense of accomplishment. And Cutetrix becomes so frustratingly difficult so early on that advancement is all but destroyed. Best to give this one a pass.
