Using Vtrain, one could teach themselves any language they deem fit to understand. Vtrain uses picture and word association to teach basic vocabulary. The pictures are loaded, powerpoint style and flashed in front of the user, sans-words. Then at a button press the word is loaded and the learning begins. Picture after picture, word after word.
From their website a myriad of different language packs can be downloaded so there is always some new grammar to learn and master. Vtrain performs admirably in the task it sets out to do for itself, so I can't really fault it there. Minus points for Windows 95 style interface.
