RTF-to-HTML DLL is a small, but rather useful DLL component that simply allows you to change files in RTF format to HTML. While not revolutionary, the tool serves its intended function sufficiently, and is a useful addition to any developers tool box. One of the best features has to be the fact that RTF-to-HTML DLL is a standalone DLL component, meaning it can be used in conjunction with virtually any programming application. This gives the tool very wide functionality and there are also a number of different files conversion options to choose from, which goes a long way to further the appeal. All in all, RTF-to-HTML DLL is a very straightforward utility for file conversion with excellent stability and functionality.
