Review by FileBEAST's J.W.B:

RSI (repetitive stress injury) is a very real problem for anyone who uses their PC for any extended period of time. Geek Alarm is a useful application that steps in and helps prevent this annoying, potentially dangerous condition. The program, which is presented in an attractive, eye catching interface, basically reminds you to take breaks on a regular basis. While this may seem trivial, it is amazing the amount of good that a five minute break can do for preventing RSI, reducing fatigue and improving productivity. Busy individuals who tend to lose track of time while working will benefit greatly from Geek Alarm. While it may appear to be little more than a glorified alarm clock, Geek Alarm is actually a remarkably useful application that is essential for serious PC users.
