Review by FileBEAST's DrNorris

WinSCP uses SFTP [Secure FTP] to transfer files from one pc to another. WinSCP is an open source application, so if you have the know how it can be freely modified. File transfer can take place by using the WinSCP interface or a command prompt if you are familiar with DOS. WinSCP has its uses, but there are plenty like it that are very similar.
