Torrents are one the most popular ways of downloading files from the internet these days, but in order to access them you need a bit torrent client application. Azureus is such a program, and although it doesnt offer anything radically different to any of the other bit torrent clients available, it remains an excellent resource for downloading torrents. Installing the application is very straightforward, after which it runs discreetly on your system tray, downloading any torrents you have queued. Customization options are fairly extensive, allowing you to select how many active downloads to allow at any given time as well as maximum download and upload speeds. Azureus may not be anything special or different, but it offers sound, reliable performance when it comes to downloading torrents time and time again, making it an excellent choice for anyone in need of a good bit torrent client.
