Review by FileBEAST's J.W.B

MP3Cutter, as the name indicates, is a program that allows you to partition MP3 files into multiple segments. In the past this process would have involved decoding the file to another format first, but with MP3Cutter, segmentation can be done directly from the original MP3 file. One would expect a tool of this caliber to come with some additional MP3 editing features, but unfortunately the program is severely lacking on this front. MP3Cutter does make up for this somewhat with its ease of use and solid performance. While it may not be a contender for leader n the genre, this is still an incredibly useful application for partitioning MP3 files.

Publishers Review

MP3Cutter is a simple utility that enables you to cut out pieces of a MP3 without having to decode that MP3 to a non-encoded PCM (wave)-file.

MP3Cutter cuts the MP3 at the frame level so it doesn't degrade the quality of your MP3.
