QuickTime Alternative 1.39 is exactly what the title says; a replacement for Apples media player QuickTime. The utility looks like QuickTime and plays all the same file formats as QuickTime, except its not QuickTime. This may seem a little strange at first, but its important to bear in mind that Apples media player, although available for Windows, was designed for Mac and so comes with its fair share of compatibility issues. QuickTime Alternative 1.39 allows users to sidestep said issues while still enjoying the functionality of QuickTime. Using the application is very straightforward as the interface is simply laid out and very easy to navigate. The blend of functionality, stability and performance make this an excellent media player and a must-have download for movie junkies.
