When I think of tight control and clean graphics, I don't think of Highway Pursuit. I think of hundreds of other racing games that have both pleased me and excited me. Highway Pursuit is utterly terrible. The cars float all over the screen and the sound screeches on the ears like a dying cat. Sure, Highway Pursuit is free. But freedom comes at a very high cost. Your sanity being one of them.
